Chemist Warehouse has announced the launch of its first Optometrist Warehouse in Malvern, Victoria, marking the company's entry into a new retail category. The new chain, in partnership with Chemist Warehouse, aims to revolutionize the optical sector by providing consumers with high-quality eye care that is easily accessible and reasonably priced.
Peter Larsen, Optometrist Warehouse MD, stated that Optometrist Warehouse is committed to promoting patient health and eye wellness, working collaboratively with pharmacy colleagues in every community they serve. The eyecare chain will be open seven days a week, providing affordable prices on optical products, modern eye care services, and hospital-grade clinical technology. Optometrist Warehouse aims to detect eye diseases early to prevent poor vision or eyesight loss.
Larsen emphasized that optometrists would provide the highest quality care alongside excellent value in prescription eyewear. Optometrist Warehouse will stock eyewear brands such as Levi’s, Tommy Hilfiger, Kendall & Kylie Jenner, Marc Jacobs, Karl Lagerfeld, Jimmy Choo, and Rag & Bone, as well as its exclusive house brand, San Paolo.
