At the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas one can witness EssilorLuxottica's prototype of Nuance Audio, a pair of elegant glasses seamlessly integrating advanced hearing technology. The hearing solutions market is currently underserved, reminiscent of the challenges faced by vision care decades ago, with consumers hesitant to embrace traditional corrective devices due to visibility, discomfort, and pricing concerns.

Crafted for individuals with mild to moderate hearing loss, Nuance Audio aims to shatter the psychological barriers hindering the adoption of traditional hearing aids. By incorporating state-of-the-art open-ear hearing technology into stylish eyeglasses, Nuance Audio is set to launch in North America in the latter half of the year.

The company's CES showcase also highlights Ray-Ban Meta, featuring iconic glasses equipped with built-in cameras, open-ear audio, AI-powered functionalities, and hands-free livestreaming and call capabilities. Additionally, one can explore the new HELIX division and its flagship product, Vision(X)—an intelligent, interconnected platform designed to modernize eyecare practices. Vision(X) offers a comprehensive range of innovative digital solutions, including tele-optometry and big data services for the optics industry.
