EssilorLuxottica has introduced HELIX, a pioneering division dedicated to empowering Eye Care Professionals (ECPs) with cutting-edge technology to enhance the efficiency of their practices. HELIX is designed to cater to the complete spectrum of digital requirements in a seamlessly interconnected platform, streamlining tasks from appointment scheduling and ordering to teleoptometry and MVC (Managed Vision Care). Its primary objective is to alleviate the technological and administrative burdens that often overwhelm modern eyecare practices.
The launch of HELIX aligns with EssilorLuxottica's overarching strategy to offer an extensive range of products and services aimed at enhancing the eyecare experience for patients and aiding doctors in the effective management of their practices. This new division harnesses the capabilities of EssilorLuxottica's US digital solutions, including VisionWeb, CLX, 4PatientCare, and Revenue Cycle Management. By transitioning from a historically fragmented approach to a unified, data-driven one, ECPs can anticipate an intuitive user interface that seamlessly integrates various tools into their daily routines. Furthermore, the introduction of a single customer care team will further simplify their experience, freeing them to focus more on their patients and the core aspects of their practice.
