A new research project explores workplace culture, wellbeing, and motivation within independent optometry practices across Australia. We are seeking input from everyone involved in the practice environment—optometrists, dispensers, receptionists, practice owners, and support staff.

This research project is being undertaken as part of an MBA project at Queensland University of Technology for Shaina Zheng. This research project aims to explore and critically compare internal culture, wellbeing, and motivation in independent optometry practices against national benchmarks.
